With more than a decade of project management and contracting experience on both residential and commercial projects, we understand how hectic this industry can be. One phone call first thing in the morning can set you back a day or even a week as you scramble to rework schedules, contact vendors, and sort through the ripple effects of a five-minute conversation. The last thing you need is a set of drawings that are confusing, incomplete, or make your job harder than it has to be. We’re here to listen, adapt, and create a process and set of drawings that work for you and your subcontractors.
 

Before we collaborate for the first time, we request a meeting with you and as many of your most trusted subcontractors as possible. The goal is simple: understand how our drawings and design can make your life easier. Prefer one type of floor joist over another? Dislike the way certain details are typically shown? Want door or window schedules on the same page as a specific plan? We’ll tailor our drawings to you and your team.

If there’s information that would speed up your bidding process—such as square footage by flooring type, perimeter lengths for baseboard or crown, roof surface area, and more—we want to build that in. Our goal is to make the contractor–architect relationship truly beneficial, not dysfunctional. We aim to reduce stress in your day-to-day operations, not add to it.
